Steemit Culinary Challenge #49 - Frozen blueberry cakes.

Hello Steemit!

The theme this time is 'dessert challenge: cakes & pies' (:
So I made some healthy desserts for this challenge ^^

Ingredients;

• Oats.
• Peanut butter.
• Soy quark.
• Blueberries.
  

Instructions with picture's;

• Add oats to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon peanut butter;
  
  
• Add 2 tablespoons water if you can't mix it well;
  
• Add the mixture to the bottom of your mold;
  
• Add the soy quark;
  
• Add blueberries on top;
  
• Put it in the freezer and leave it in the freezer for an hour (or longer)
