STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #43: Spinach fungus soup. (Savoury)

Hello Steemit!

Today I made spinach fungus soup. It's really easy to make ^^
It's also great to have for lunch in autumn :D

Ingredients;

• Spinach
• Fungus
• Water
• Spices (Pepper and cumin)
• Coriander

White fungus (:

Recipe;

• Boil water.
  
• Unpack fungus.
  
• Cook the fungus for 10 minutes. Until it becomes soft.
  
• In the meantime mix spinach with spices to a purée.
  
  
• Add the spinach purée together with the fungus soup.
