Mini vegan lentil pizza.
Hello Steemit!
Today I made pizza for breakfast hehe.
Don't worry this was quitte healthy!
My steps;
- Make lentil flour;
- Mix flour with water to make dough;
- Roll dough into a ball and press into a crust shape;
- Bake at 200C, how long you bake it depends on how big it is, but 10 minutes then flipping and 10 minutes again would be fine;
- Sauce;
- Toppings;
- That's it! Really easy and I must say very tasty!
