Jackfruit with quinoa, tofu, beans, corn and broccoli.
My steps;
This was my first time eating jackfruit it was surprisingly tasty! I'll definitely try making other recipes with this ^^

I got to admit, I am curious to try Jack Fruit, but I get it confused with Durian and I heard its a potent, fragrant fruit.
I used young jackfruit and it had no stong smell/taste.
