Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 02 #08 : Tiny Ham Sandwich
With the theme of tiny sandwiches for @progressivechef's Steemit Iron Chef Act 02 Challenge, I couldn't resist sharing my dinner.
Behold! The Tiny Ham Sandwich
Those are Craisins on the side just to give you an idea how small this sandwich is.
I used the homemade Black & Tan beer bread I made the other night

Sandwich ingredients list:
On dry bread I added a thin layer of crispy iceburg lettuce, thin slices of my garden fresh tomatoes, shaved avocado, Swiss cheese and ham.
I generally do not like to add mayonnaise or dressing to my sandwiches because I prefer to savor the different flavors of the ingredients in my sandwich. To my tongue, dressing usually mutes or overpowers those flavors.Okay, maybe it's not so tiny...
...but it was delicious!

There's only so much bread I'm going to eat and I don't want it to go to waste so we're trying to get creative over here. I wonder if I can toast it and turn it into croutons or stuffing? Hmm....
