Bison fried filet

Easiest way to describe this, is picture the most tender piece of beef jerky you’ve ever had, then imagine a piece twice as tender, deep fried with Panko crumbs. Served with a whipped tofu sauce. This was amazing. My wife didn’t care for it so I are half of hers, lol. Cheers!
