Miso ramen
Miso ramen (For 3 people)
ingredients:
A little sesame oil
1 clove garlic minced
A little grated ginger
150g ground pork
For the broth:
1200ml of water
1 tablespoon and ½ chicken broth powder
1 tablespoon and ½ sake for cooking
4 tablespoons miso
A little toasted white sesame
A little pepper
300g ramen noodles (100g for 1 person)
Garniture of the râmens:
Three half cooked eggs
A little wakame seaweed
Some corn
Three slices of naruto maki (frozen product, available in store only)
A little chives
A little sliced nori yaki
Preparation:
1, Put the sesame oil in a saucepan and heat.
2, Add garlic, ginger and pork and cook.
3, When all ingredients are cooked, add water, broth and sake.
4, Cook the rennet noodles in another saucepan. Meanwhile, add the miso, sesame and pepper to the soup and boil for a few minutes.
5, After cooking ramen noodles, serve them in a large bowl and pour the soup over it.
6, Garnish your râmens with the ingredients of your choice.
wow! I have not been to Japan but I think my next stop at an intercontinental restaurant I will ask for this meal.
