Ingredients:

  • Tomato spinach - 250 grams,
  • Hilsa fish head - 1,
  • Leaves of lemon juice - 1 teaspoon,
  • Kasundi - 1 table spoon,
  • Roasted sugar - 4/5,
  • Garlic Kwa-4,
  • Onion Kochi - 1 table spoon,
  • Corn oil - 1 table spoon,
  • Salt-taste,
  • Lemon juice - 1 table spoon.

Method

  • Garlic leaves should be washed whole.
  • Now add all the ingredients except the onion with the fish head.
  • Then the head of the fish should be wrapped in a roll (roll) and wrap it with cotton yarn.
  • Boiled on top of rice or fried rice.
  • Once boiled, first add the head of the fish and then mix it in the betel leaf.
  • Then cook it with raw onion and mix it with hot rice.
