Recipe of Hilsa-lukewarm bharta for Pohela Boishakh Special
Ingredients:
- Tomato spinach - 250 grams,
- Hilsa fish head - 1,
- Leaves of lemon juice - 1 teaspoon,
- Kasundi - 1 table spoon,
- Roasted sugar - 4/5,
- Garlic Kwa-4,
- Onion Kochi - 1 table spoon,
- Corn oil - 1 table spoon,
- Salt-taste,
- Lemon juice - 1 table spoon.
Method
- Garlic leaves should be washed whole.
- Now add all the ingredients except the onion with the fish head.
- Then the head of the fish should be wrapped in a roll (roll) and wrap it with cotton yarn.
- Boiled on top of rice or fried rice.
- Once boiled, first add the head of the fish and then mix it in the betel leaf.
- Then cook it with raw onion and mix it with hot rice.
