Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 table spoon of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of ghee,
- Baking half teaspoon,
- Oil and ghee mixed for frying,
- 1 quantity of water,
- 1 table spoon of coriander,
- Coriander leaves
Preparation Method
The flour should be taken in a container. The fenugreek will be kept in water for 4/5 hours. The water in a strainer will be diluted by rubbing it. Then add salt, sugar, oil, ghee, fenugreek, coriander leaves and water to the flour and cover them with lid for 2/3 hours. After mixing the flour well, then sprinkle the flour on the pim and make half an inch of bread roasted with roasted oil in the frying pan and mix well with oil.
