SHAWARMA

Today am sharing love with all my loved ones as l dine together with you guys..
Its a Turkish but locally made meal called Shawarma or Shawurma in other parts of the world..Its kinda cloudy here in Ghana which l believe this food wont be bad at all for the day..
And so here l find myself one at Bantama High street in Kumasi having my shawarma on preparation.

今天我和我所有的親人分享愛，我和你們一起吃飯
它是一個土耳其，但當地製造的膳食，叫做“沙瓦爾瑪”（Shawarma）或者是“世界其他地區的沙烏爾瑪”（Shawarma）。在加納，這裡有點多雲，我相信這種食物一天都不壞。
所以在這裡我發現自己一個在巴馬高街在庫馬西有我的shawarma準備

ORIGIN

My basic idea of Shawarma suggests that it is a Middle Eastern dish of garlicky meat or poultry served on pitas. It comes with different flavours which include meat or chicken or sandwich.
Shawarma is usually eaten with tabbouleh, fattoush, taboon bread, tomato, and cucumber. Interestingly l just took mine with coffee this morning which doesnt change anything..lol
It felt really nice...

我的Shawarma的基本想法表明，它是一個中東菜的大蒜肉或家禽為pitas服務。它配有不同的口味，包括肉或雞肉或三明治。
夏威夷通常用tabbouleh，fattoush，羹麵包，番茄和黃瓜食用。有趣的是，我今天早晨帶著我的咖啡，不會改變任何事情

Many other countries including Ghana has developed a strong taste for this foreign meal making it is available at almost every known food joint here in the garden city.

PREPARATION

Thinking of sharing todays experience with you,l had to watch steadily how this young man mixed and prepared my ordered shawurma..lt was easily prepared and really quick too.

考慮到與您分享今天的經驗，我不得不穩定地看著這個年輕人如何混合和準備了我訂購的shawurma.lt很容易準備，真的很快。

I just had to sit back and enjoy him mixes the prepared ingredients into a very delicious shawurma as l engage him in a good conversation and taking photos as well.
And its really affordable for everyones purchase.

我只需要坐下來享受他將準備好的配料混合成一個非常美味的披肩，因為我可以和他進行良好的對話和拍照。

He finally wrapped the prepared shawarma.

And finally l get my shawarma home enjoying with coffee..

Its really delicious and l wish l could make one myself always..maybe DIY sort will be cool.

INGREDIENTS

Meat: lamb, chicken, turkey, beef.
Sandwich: Shawarma meat or shawarma falafel, pita or wrap bread, chopped or shredded vegetables and assorted condiments.
