Fried Yam.
This looks so unusual of me. Especially when a beautiful friday like this is here again. But I'm doing this in honour of #marketfriday initiated by @dswigle. This is a photo of a food l bought this afternoon when making some good plans for the day. It is one popular food in Ghana that lot of people buy especially in the afternoon.
A fried yam taken with grinded pepper. Some prefer to add some beans and other leafs as well. Eating this with fish makes it awesome too. And this just how it went as l got myself some pieces with beans and fish. It is a beautiful day and this is how we get into the weekend. Happy day everyone.
