Has anyone tried Bake & Shark?

If you have ever been to Trinidad, you know what Bake & Shark is. It is a very popular street food that is served at nearly every restaurant there. It consists of fried flatbread, fried shark and then piled with toppings such as coleslaw, pineapple and pepper sauce. It is delicious!

You can substitute the shark for other pieces of fish, but I definitely recommend trying the shark at least once. Richard's Bake & Shark is one of the more popular stands to give it a try. I can't wait to go to Trinidad this year!
