For those who are not lovers of strong dinners or breakfasts, today I bring you the recipe for making cheese and butter scones.

First we proceed to prepare the dough, take a bowl with water, add salt, vegetable oil and corn flour, mix until it gets consistency and forms a dough.

Then in a pot we put to heat water, when this water is already boiling, with the dough we will make several small cylindrical rolls and introduce them in the water.

When they float in the water above, it means they are ready. Strain the scones, place them on a plate, add butter and white cheese to taste and enjoy.
