Ketan bakar, one of the snacks or appetizers or breakfast, ketan bakar is usually made when there is a big event. But now ketan rice has started to be sold in coffee shops or curb to eat with durian.

This grilled ketan only exist in southeast Asia, if you come from Europe, Africa, America or Australia. If you want to eat ketan bakar you have to travel to Aceh or malasyia.

Ketan bakar is made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, salt to taste and then in dressing with banana leaves are still young and burned approximately 10 minutes according to taste and not burnt or black banana leaves.
