Tea made from banana
Tea made from banana using only a couple of things that are probably already in your kitchen, you can at any time make a tea of bananas from which you will immediately fall asleep!
This natural remedy works wonders, and in addition it will help you fall asleep, it tastes!
Ingredients - 1 banana - 1 small pot of water - cinnamon
All you need to do is cut off both ends of the peeled bananas and put them in boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Once you have drained the liquid, pour water into a cup. If you are looking for adventure, sprinkle with cinnamon tea. Drink it one hour before bedtime.
