That look so simple and delicious! I didn't realize how much oil goes into a good hot sauce lol... What hot peppers do you use for that?
Yes, in general the spicy ones that sell in any supermarket also have vinegar, nevertheless it is the oil that is in charge of capturing the capsaicina that is the substance that is in charge of giving us this delicious spiciness. For this sauce use some ajies guindas (they say so in my country Venezuela), but you can use red chilies, although those are even hotter, and in that case I would only use half.
