Pork tenderloin in orange 🍊
This recipe is easy and delicious. You can substitute the orange for pineapple or apple.
Ingredients:
Pork loin 1.5 kgrs approx.
Oregano.
Salt.
Pepper.
2 juicy oranges.
Corn starch/Maicena.
Preparation:
Place the Pork Tenderloin 🐷 in a bowl/tray.
Add salt, oregano and pepper and "massage".
Squeeze the oranges and bathe the Tenderloin with the juice.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour and a half at 180 °C. (Remember 1 hour in the oven for each kilo).
Remove the aluminum foil after an hour so that it browns and dries a little.
Remove from oven, take out the juice and prepare a sauce in a pot.
Heat over medium heat and add teaspoons of cornstarch (I only added 2). Stir until it thickens.
Serve and enjoy.
