Hello, you can breathe Christmas air ... today I bring you this recipe that is worth preparing
Material:
Butter 100 gr
Refined granulated sugar 160 gr
80 gram plain sour cream / yogurt
3 large eggs
Vanilla 1 tsp
Squeeze lemon juice 1 tsp + slightly grated lemon zest (I use grated mandarin too ... very soon)
1 tbsp milk powder (I use 20gr anchor)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Fruits depending on taste (my kiwi, grapes, apples, strawberries, peeled mandarin oranges, baby shantang oranges and canned peaches)

How to make :

  1. Mix the fruit with a little more sugar less than 1sdm but don't stir it, stir well, leave it for a while
  2. Mix the flour, milk powder, and baking powder, sift
  3. Mix butter, yogurt and sugar until fluffy and pale, add eggs one by one while mixing until smooth, then add vanilla, lemon juice and grated lemon zest, mix again until smooth
  4. Enter the flour little by little while stirring back with a spatula until blended
  5. Drain the fruit, while wiping dry the fruit with a tissue
  6. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter round pan, flatten the dough, arrange the fruit on top
  7. Roasting with fire under a temperature of 170 ° for 45 min-1 hour depending on the oven
  8. After the cake is cooked remove the cake from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack
  9. Sow a little powdered sugar / sugar donuts on the surface of the cake

    Notes:
  10. I use round, 20 cm diameter round baking pan, base of the pan smeared with margarine and baking paper base, the edges of the pan spread with margarine and sow flour
