Nearby where I live the amount of food trucks is insane. I never would have thought that would be the new trend in Tennessee. I think local laws here have made it easier for food truck owners to start-up. Town leaders like to keep town structures the same and historic so I guess allowing food trucks keeps the town nicer. Better than mowing historic buildings down for a chain restaurant.
