Rachael's Rollups
SERVES 4 FACEBOOKPINTERESTTWITTEREMAILPRINT
INGREDIENTS
4 Kowalski's 8" Flour Tortillas
8 thin slices Boar's Head Baby Swiss Cheese (or Danish Cream Havarti Cheese)
1 lb. thinly sliced Boar's Head Smoked Turkey (or Pastrami)
1 cup sauerkraut, very well drained (or Kowalski's Herbed Coleslaw)
½ tsp. Kowalski's Whole Cumin Seeds

  • Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for brushing the rollups
    1 recipe Rachael's Russian Dressing, for dipping
    DIRECTIONS
    Place tortillas on a flat work surface; evenly divide and layer cheese, turkey, sauerkraut and seeds on tortillas, covering the entire tortilla to about 1/4" from the edges. Roll tortillas up tightly; brush outside of rolls lightly with oil. Place rolls, seam side down, on a parchment-covered baking sheet; bake in a preheated 400° oven until lightly browned on the edges and cheese is melted (about 10 min.). Cut each roll into 2 pieces on the diagonal. Serve with dressing for dipping.

Good to Know: Rollups can also be grilled on a tabletop grill or grill pan instead of baking.
