Yesterday a good friend of mine visited me and we made oat bars...

ingredients:

400 grams Oats

100 grams Brown Sugar

150 grams Honey

100 grams Grated Almonds

200 grams Dates

2 doses Vanilla

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

3 Apples (pulp)

2 Oranges(juice)

40 grams Olive oil

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Let's start!

We put the oats in the blender ...

Then we put them in a big bowl adding the 2 doses of vanilla,1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon...

We put in the mixer the apples(the pulp),the orange juice,the brown sugar, the honey and the olive oil and start mixing...

Then we gradually put the content of the bowl(oats,cinnamon,baking powder,vanilla) in the mixer and also we gradually add the grated almonds and the dates...

Our mix is ready and placed on the baking paper...

We preheat the oven to 250 degrees for 10 minutes and then we bake our mix to 200 degrees for 20 minutes...

Done!...

Oops! Where are the missing pieces? Of course we ate them! :)
