As always, I love what you are cooking. It never occurred to me to make a stock from Anchovies or to add Goji berries to the soup. I do have some growing at home and I so am going to make this soup when I am back!!

We love anchovies broth although not all due to the fishy smell. Some add ginger, believed to take away the fishy smell. Goji berries is our all-time favourite. Like chinese super food since other berries are expensive. Haha. Drinking soup during cold weather is a must. =)
