Saturday night tonight and I'm sure many of you will have plans... a home dinner date maybe with your significant other? There are a thousand meals you can cook but what about desert? The smell of a home made cake baking in the oven definately creates a better atmosphere so I'll show you very quick and safe bet that I won tonight...
You'll need two cups of self raising flower
One cup of cocoa - coconut - sugar mix. (I used the hot choco mix)
One cup of sugar
Two doses of vanilla extract
A little salt
Αnd mix them!
Time for the liquids! 3/4 cup of oil (corn oil)
1 full cup and an ounce more of coconut milk
Mix well for 4-5minutes until it becomes smooth and provocative
(Start preheating your oven) Butter your pan. I used coconut margarine.
Place low in the oven for 50-55 minutes at 180 celcius. Then take put of the oven and leave the cake in your pan for 10 minutes.
It's going to look like this;
Serve warm with ice cream!!!
I am not crazy about coconut but this actually sounds pretty good.

You can skip the coconut part but then you'll need to put normal milk instead and replace oil with margarine or butter.
