Turkey with almond cream
Ingredients
- Turkey meat
- Potatoes
- Almonds
- Onion
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Colorant
- Laurel
- Oregano.
First we put in the pot a bottom of oil, cut a couple of tomatoes and an onion and leave it for 5 minutes.
Cut the turkey meat into pieces, and add it to the pot, stir and let it take color.
We do the same with the potatoes, and add salt, bay leaf, oregano, coloring and pepper, cover with water or broth and leave three quarters of an hour.
Fry in a little oil the almonds and three cloves of garlic, beat with the blender, and mix with a glass of water, we toss it into the pot, and leave about ten minutes.
