Smoothy blueberrie bowl

Hi guys!

Today I'm going to show you to prepare these healthy vegan smoothy bowl so easy:

Only three ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas and 1 banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

Put everything inside the blender and mixed it up!

Add some toppings (like chia seeds, nuts)

The Bananas and blueberries have good carbs and sugar, the dates are the sweetest part and the chia or nuts are the good fat and protein.
