Hot appetizer baguette.

Ingredients:

Baguette 1pc.
ham or sausage 200-300 gr.
sausage smoked. 200-300 gr.
egg 1 PC.
tomato 1 PC.
cucumber 1 PC.
cheese 150-200 gr.
mayonnaise or sour cream
salt/pepper

Baguette cut crosswise into 3-4 parts.Each piece cut lengthwise into 2 halves.Carefully remove the pulp from the halves of baguette,leaving a wall thickness of 1 cm the Filling to Cook.Ham,sausage,cucumber,tomato cut into cubes.Mix All.Add the egg (may be needed not all egg - weight must not become liquid.Put a little mayonnaise,the mass was viscous.Fill with a stuffing baguette,sprinkle with cheese.Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at temperature of 180 gr.
