How to cooking dakjuk korean food

INGREDIENTS :

1 cup of rice, soak for 30 minutes, drain
1 slice of chicken breasts, wash
1 segment of ginger peeled, sliced
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tsp salt
8 cloves of garlic
8 glasses of water


HOW TO COOK :

  1. Enter the chicken breast into a large pan containing 8 cups of water, add the garlic, ginger, and pepper. Cook for 40-45 minutes on medium heat.

  2. After the chicken meat is cooked, turn off the heat. Take out the chicken and then brim.

  3. Filter the caldera using a sieve. Separate the garlic and ginger into another container.

  4. Pour 4 cups of stock into the pan and add the rice and salt.

Cook for 20 minutes with medium heat, cover the pot while stirring occasionally until the porridge feels thick.

Serve dakjuk while warm with a bowl of soup, sprinkle sesame on top.
