Making Steamed Coconut Cake

Comeback with @mamenk todai i will share recipes apam coconut cake.This cake can be made for entertaining guests at a specific event such as a wedding or a family event.

Ingredients: flour, grated coconut, eggs, cheese, butter,food coloring, developers food, sugar  

How to make :
Mix powdered sugar and egg then mixer to blend

             

             

Give a little food coloring

            

Give developers the dough

             

            Put a little taste of pandanus

            

         Grated coconut and place it in the bottom of the mold

           

            


          Pour the dough mold that we have made

           

Then steamed about 19 minutes

           

        lift and revert the bottom to the top

             

           serve and enjoy with your family
