Una de mis grandes aficiones es la comida, me encanta cocinar y aunque me gusta hacer cosas elaboradas, también a veces por falta de tiempo hay que comer algo que se prepare de forma rápida y sencilla.
One of my great hobbies is food, I love cooking and although I like to make elaborate things, sometimes due to lack of time, I have to eat something that is prepared quickly and easily.
No por falta de tiempo se debe comer peor así que hoy os voy a enseñar una cena de la semana pasada. Unos entrecot de Irlanda que compré la semana pasada en el Black Friday en Alcanzó y que congelé por si pasaba lo del domingo pasado, llegar a casa tarde y con mucha hambre.

Como ya sabía que me iba a pasar esto, por la mañana los saqué del congelador y los metí en la nevera. Por la noche estaban perfectos para ser cocinados. Los metí en la sartén con el aceite bien caliente para dorarlos por fuera y que por dentro se queden relativamente crudos, que es como a mí me gusta.
As I knew this was going to happen to me, in the morning I took them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. At night they were perfect to be cooked. I put them in the pan with the oil very hot to brown them on the outside and inside they remain relatively raw, which is how I like it.
Después se les da la vuelta un par de veces, para que vayan cogiendo color.
Then they are turned over a couple of times, so that they go picking up color.
Y voila! Ya están listos para comer :P
