Moroccan keftas skewers with spicy yoghurt sauce

Hello steemiens friends,

I present to you in this post a very easy way to prepare keftas skewers with spicy yoghurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 400 g minced lamb meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 C. coffee of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 C. coffee coriander
  • chili peppers

Method

  1. Preheat the oven grill or barbecue.
  2. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and spices. Cover and place cool.
  3. Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of Moroccan mixture, coriander leaves, salt.
  4. Separate the meat into 4 and then 2. Form the sausages. Thread them on the skewers.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them over so that they grill on each side. They should not be overcooked to stay moist.

Serve hot with the yoghurt sauce.
