My Homemade Ribs Wrapped in Mozarella ft. Dynamite
I often eat out to my favorite cheesy delights. I was craving for something spicy at the same time but since I had to stay home with my younger siblings, I tried something new. I brought my cravings straight home and attempted to imitate a popular dish from a Filipino owned Korean cuisine in Cebu, Fat Dois. - ribs in mozarella.
See my featured blog for more info.
This is the finished product. Ofcourse it isn't as great as what I'm trying to imitate but I totally enjoyed it 😆
I bought ribs, mozarella cheese, pepper, ground beef, and lumpia wrapper. Just disregard ramen.
For the ribs, it has to be softened in boiled water. Wait for 30minutes. Add seasoning.
Slice cheese in irregular pieces and lay it on the pan til it bubbles. It smelled amazing. Got me hungry in a minute.
Yum!☺
Gather the wrapper, and slice pepper lengthwise. Stuff ground beef into the chili and cheese alongside then roll.
Saute ground beef enough to simmer taste.
Finally, it's done!
Spent roughly 300 Php
Prices breakdown:
cheese- 23 Php
mozarella- 81 Php
lumpia wrapper- 25 Php
sword pepper- 25 Php
ribs- 147 Php
ground beef- 21 Php
Total is 322 Php
Not bad for my cravings. I could have spent almost 1000 Php if I went out.
Just sharing this from a person who doesn't actually cook. May this bring ideas for a homey recipe.
