Ingredients :
- Glutinous rice flour
- Banana
- Banana leaves for wrapping
- Shredded coconut for its contents
How to make :
- First prepare the grated coconut. cook sugar and add the coconut cook cook until done, until the coconut is not watering again, as in the picture.
- Prepare flour, bananas and a little salt, then stir until smooth.
- Oil when applied to the leaves
- Take a little flour and then paste it to a circular-shaped leaves and then give the coconut on top.
- Then the leaves are rolled up after folding left and right ends of leaves.
- Repeat until everything is finished.
- After completion of all input into the steamer.
- Cover the steamer and cook until cooked.
- When ripe, the leaves have changed color and has become withered, cake ripe.
- Remove and serve while hot.
This delicious food. We almost used grape leaves
