Ingredients :
- rice flour
- grated coconut
- coconut milk
- Brown sugar
- sugar
- salt to taste
- Pandan leaves
Here's how:
- Cook coconut milk to be mixed into the flour that has been in the mix before.
- Mix rice flour, grated coconut and salt to taste. Stir well.
- after thoroughly blended dough and enter the coconut milk gradually until the dough is ready in cook.
- dough ready to be cooked.
- preheat the mold and give a little oil to prevent sticking, then pour the batter using a ladle.
- finished, repeat until the dough runs out.
- further prepare the sauce, mix all ingredients together.
- cook until boiling coconut milk.
- finished, ready to be served.
