Eungkot kuah tumeh ( Ikan tumis ala aceh)
My cuisine this time is simple but guaranteed tasty. Cook is not difficult and does not take much time.
Ingredients:
- Fish
- Give salt and lime juice to fish
- Stir well
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Small chili
- Candlenut
- Coriander
- Ginger
- Sunti acid
- Turmeric
- Red chili
- Mix fish with spices that have been mashed
How to cook :
- Saute curry leaves and shallots until fragrant
- Then enter the fish
- Stir well
- Give a little water
- Wait until it boils
- Then add enough water to the gravy
- Add salt to taste
- Stir well
- Wait until it boils
- The gravy is ripe
- Finish
- Ready to served
