IDYLL Between Friends and Bocconcini.

in #food7 years ago

One of the funniest things that exist at the time of eating is the expression that naively expressed when tasting a meal, joy, wonder, curiosity, bitterness, displeasure and excitement are the most common that we unconsciously reflect when tasting a delicious, disgusting or sexy saucer.

Pleasing the palates of others, is the same challenge to lose 5 kilograms in a week, not investing in effort underestimating the goal can become your worst nightmare.

For me, as any chef, one of the most attractive things in a meeting is to share a DELICIOUS MEAL, and more when these meetings arise unexpectedly, so we need a meal as fast as buying a bottle of liquor, as fine as the best harvest of It came but as pleasant as the laughter that is generated in a group of friends.

The snacks of Bocconcini has been one of my creations that take me out of trouble when it comes to wanting to please the most demanding palates, a foodie would agree with me when saying that fried everything fried is delicious.

As I do not like to follow the rules and less the formality of the gastronomic world (recipes) I prefer to give you the idea so that you, my steemian friend allow you to give freshness and bring your own touch of madness to your creations because At the end of the case, it is you who will eat it, or it will be you who will present it to your friends.

Bocconcini cheese for its spherical shape allows us to be creative when it comes to impress our guests, I prefer to season with salt and pepper and prepare a rich overflowing adding to the flour small leaves of parsley and enough sesame seeds. Frying those balls with plenty of oil is as pleasant as submerging the pieces of ice in your drink, but beware :::: as it is cheese if we neglect a pleasant conversation your gastronomic delicacy can become crazy, imagine that you are in the comfort of your home and accidentally spills a drink on your mom's favorite sofa and you forget your delicious Bocconcinis believe me you'll get a cheese stroke in your pan, but do not panic do not panic just relax start over and enjoy your sharing, the goal is to get a crispy and delicious feeling like a rich tea of our Japanese friends, then we withdraw it, we hope it rests on an adsorbing napkin, at that moment I suggest you enjoy it with a drink, then serve it with a toothpick to give sensuality, the same as we see when we delight with a delicious cocktail.

As you can see, knives are not always used in the kitchen !!!
Eating, drinking and sharing is the perfect trident to harmonize our circle of influences and friendships.

Thank you for sharing. I love bocconcini, and you're right, it's up to me to try my own version of bocconcini. Believe me, I look for different recipes online, but every time I try to cook them, they just don't come out like restaurant quality. The bocconcinis won't come out as crispy. Either I don't deep fry them longer, or the way I prepared it from the beginning. Of course, I am not a chef. What am I even trying to prove? Also, I can't add sesame seeds because my husband is highly allergic to sesame.

Anyway, I love the way you presented your topic from start to end. You got me hooked!

Thanks @evlachsblog. try this recipe, you can sustitute the sesame for oats flakes.

I will definitely try that. Thanks @magdechef.

muy buena gastronomía te felicito
