Curd-fruit fitness cake

Delicious, filled with cake with gelatin, protein and oatmeal. Proper nutrition is a guarantee of health if it is accompanied by fitness or other sports.

for the cake:

cottage cheese 300 g
oatmeal 70 g
egg white 3 pcs.
protein 2 is stingy

for the curd layer:

cottage cheese 2% 500 g
Drinking yoghurt (Activia) 0.5 l
gelatin 2 tsp.
protein

for berry layer:

blackberry 2 tsp
sugar substitute 2 tsp.
gelatin

To prepare the cake mix cottage cheese, oatmeal, egg white and protein. You can do this with a blender.

Put the mixture into a mold, put it in the oven for 20 minutes, bake at 200 degrees.

Ready to cool the cake.

Prepare the gelatinous mass as indicated on the package.

Mix cottage cheese, gelatin, protein.

Pour a mixture of cakes, put in the refrigerator for 20 - 40 minutes or more, wait until it hardens.

Separately beat up the blackberry with prepared gelatin and sugar substitute.

Pour the mass on the curd layer, put in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.
