Chicken cutlets with cheese
Very delicate, fragrant and unusual chicken cutlets with cheese and yogurt. It turns out very tasty!
2 chicken fillets (500 g)
125 ml of kefir
1 egg
1 medium onion
2-3 tablespoons flour
150 g cheese
1-2 cloves of garlic
Spices (I have dried thyme and coriander)
a pinch of salt
Chicken breast and dry it. Then cut into small cubes.
Cheese is also cut into small cubes.
We chop the onion, but do not grind it in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Finely chop the garlic.
In one bowl, mix chicken fillet, chopped cheese, onion, garlic, kefir, salt, spices and add 1 tablespoon. flour
All carefully mix.
The bowl is tightened with a food film and put in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours and a maximum of 48 hours. Then add the egg and 1-1.5 tablespoons. flour or starch.
On the heated frying pan with a spoon we spread the cutlets.
Fry in a small amount of butter on medium heat from two sides.
