To make the dough mix the soft butter with sugar and vanilla from the sachet. Add sour cream, stir. Mix the wheat flour with the baking powder, mix the dry mixture with the liquid. Knead the dough, it should be smooth and elastic. Divide the finished mass into 16 parts. Each piece is twisted into a flagellum 20 centimeters long, rolled out with a rolling pin, the width of the strip is eight centimeters.
Mix fresh, canned or thawed cherries with sugar and potato starch. In the middle of the rolled cake put the berries, connect the edges and protect, you should get a "log". Place the workpiece with the seam down. All "logs" should be the same size. One cake left without a cherry filling, this will be the basis.
The pan should be lined with paper, put the "logs" separately and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Also bake a base-cake. For cream, mix sour cream with granulated sugar, whip a lot. We form the cake: the base is smeared with sour cream, lay out "poleshki", first five pieces, then four, three, two, one.
You can put more "logs" in the base, the cake will be larger. Each layer is smeared with sour cream. Top the baking cream, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and grated chocolate. Leave the cake "Monastic Hut" with a cherry for six to eight hours to soak.
