Bruschettas o tapas a la capresa /Bruschettas or tapas a la caprese
Se acerca el fin de semana y les traigo una idea fácil para compartir con amigos y pasarla bien , unas bruschettas a la caprese , lo que me encanta de esta receta es que puede servirse como entrada o para pasar el rato con unos tragos y relajarse es super sencillo de hacer .
INGREDIENTES
- pan rebanado salado de tu preferencia .
- tomates
- albahaca
- queso mozzarella
Preparación : Rebanamos nuestros tomates y el queso mozzarella , en un sartén colocamos un poco de ajo ,sal , pimienta , aceite y las hojas de albahaca frescas las salteamos unos 5 minutos a fuego lento .
Luego precalentamos el horno a 180 grados , y en una bandeja colocamos las rodajas de pan con los tomates , el queso , orégano si desas , sal y pienta , van al horno durante 6 min , sacamos y servimos y para terminar le colocamos la albahaca .
