@djohan, Ramada Hotel showing their menus very largely. I'm first time hear bamboo shoot food. So I haven't any idea how it's taste. Pork Belly with brocolli increase my hungry. I believe it's so tasty one. Beef with Sichuan pepper and chilli seems spicy with chilies.
thank you madushanka, the roots of bamboo is quite soft and almost like mushroom texture but slightly harder . Yes pork Belly was the best one i think
