Health concerns

So i've tried gluten free & my stomach seems to bloat constantly up & down so im thinking its something else. I've got an appointment with a nutritionist on tuesday to hopefully pinpoint the root cause! 20171108_080329.jpg

Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar? I'm recovering from a gallbladder problem which gave me dreadful, painful bloating, and Apple Cider Vinegar has done wonders, far more so than any of the crap the doctors were prescribing.

Yeah - Hope it works. Don't be afraid to use pretty large amounts. I use between 5 and 8 tbs in a big glass of water, but if it's too much, start slow 😊
