Thank you @madlenfox . I realize my writing skills have a long way to go before they fulfill the reader's appetite.
I should have pointed out finding a place like this, that serves large slices of meat, and lots of them, is uncommon in Japan.
I will have to go back several times to try all the dishes, sides and burgers.
