Maybe you will ask me:”What is dried small shrimps?”
Well.I will going to tell you:”The dried small shrimps is type of dry-seafood.So the dried small shrimps is the sea-shrimp. They’re generally come from China and Japan.
Trust me,it’s very delicious.My friend very like put the dried small shrimps in the soup,and put the dried small shrimps powder in cooking seafood.
Actually some Japanese Food will put some dried small shrimps powder.But you have to know,not everything food can put the dried small shrimps.”

OK.Let me show the recipe:
2 TBSP dried small shrimps
2:2 middle-size eggs at ambient temperature : water at ambient temperature
1 TBSP soy sauce
(If you eggs is 100 ml,so the water is 100 ml)

Well,let start make it.
1.Using the chopsticks or whisk to beaten eggs;

2.Put the eggs wash,dried small shrimps and water in the dish,and mix together;

3.Put 2. in boiling water.And,then,steaming in medium flame to 5 min,and close fire to walking 3 min.

Note:
①Before the cooking,you have to make sure,the eggs wash doesn’t have any bubble.
②When you put is boiling water,you have to be careful,because the steam is very hot.
③The steaming time is not fixed, mainly to see the firepower of the stove and the amount of egg liquid.
