Looks amazing... As a single guy with not that much time to cook or prepare meals, something like this perfect to make a huge bowl and use for the whole week (or at least a couple of days). Thanks @richman!

Yep, this seems like a good idea until you say 'That's enough, I'm sick of this salad' :D
So, better mix it with some other dishes at least.
