I would love to see some descriptions and analysis of the exotic foods you post. The dough looks like it has been in a wood fired oven. The meat looks like lamb kabob? The tomatoes look underripe and should have been left off. Not sure why pickled peppers would be whole on the pizza. In Italy, when you order a pizza with 4 different toppings you get 4 piles of ingredients on different quadrants. Is that just the style? In the USA, we try to evenly disperse things to you can have a bit of everything in each bite.
