Uniqueness of Cebu.
This is one of our native foods in Cebu, Philippines. In our language, we called this as 'puso'.
Coconut leaves are formed to look like a triangular pyramid. And the rice is inside in it.
This can be usually seen during occasions. Birthdays. Fiestas. Name it.
This is one of the things that made Filipinos special and unique.
In Indonesia, it's called Ketupat. It always available during Eid Al-Fitr in Indonesia. Usually used to eat together with soup foods, usually has coconut cream.
The origin of this thing has two versions : It's from age of Sunan Kalijaga and It's from age of Hindu-Buddha (older than age of Sunan Kalijaga)
