Sprouting kale and garlic Day 5

Still growing nicely! The kale, that is, the garlic looks very much the same as yesterday. Will wait for another couple of days before eating the kale, but tasted today for the first time. A quite peppry taste, and with that wonderful crunch that sprouts have.
