Manggang Hilaw! 😅

Mangoes are in season again! Time for mango shakes, ensaladang mangga, and of course, the Pinoy fave, manggang hilaw with alamang or with soy sauce! But what if you're craving for it when it's not in season?

I wonder why green mangoes are craved for by pregnant women. Is it because the mangoes have a distinct sweet-sour taste? Hmm. I’ve always loved green mangoes, especially when it’s bordering on the ripe side already.
