I'm craving everything and wanted to give up so many times today. But I kept busy and I've been drinking so much water.

So today for breakfast we had bacon and eggs. I skipped lunch as I was still full from breakfast. But I had some biltong inbetween the day.

So for tonight I made Fritatta with fresh spinach.

Eggs
Heavy whipping cream
Fresh spinach
Diced bacon
Shredded cheese
Butter for frying
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the bacon in butter until crispy. Add the spinach.
Whisk the eggs and cream together and pour into a greased baking dish.
Add the bacon, spinach and cheese on top and place in the middle of the oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

I know this is a lot like breakfast but it's so worth it.
