This is known as the lava flow salted egg bun. When you take a bite, the insides explodes and you get the feeling of the taste dripping into your mouth.
Trying out at the new Food Court here in Miri. It serves renowned Dim Sum. I would say that there food here is quite alrite. Taste is quite authentic and my wife loves it alot.
